Where do I begin?
We begin with a Pre-Staging Consultation/Evaluation. The Staging Specialists visit the home for approximately 1 1/2 hours. With a trained eye • fresh perspective, these professionals provide analysis and a hand-written report including suggestions for:
- Practical, cosmetic, most often non-structural changes to implement before listing or staging the home.
- How to make the home more appealing to the masses, thereby broadening the scope of potential buyers.
- Cost-effective ways to modernize, update and freshen up the home.
- Identify furnishing requirements of vacant properties and any necessary pre-staging tasks or repairs.
- A list of painters, cleaning services, and trade referrals if required.
Staging a Property to Sell
After the Pre-Staging evaluation and report recommendations are completed, Volaré Specialists provide an estimate to stage the property and the staging date is established.
